View Account Activity

Track all your ParentSquare participation in one place. Easily view your posts, event sign-ups, volunteer hours, form submissions, and more for a complete record of your school community involvement.

Who can use this?
Anybody signed in to ParentSquare

Before getting started
Register your account at ParentSquare.com

Go to Activity

On web browser 

1. From Home, click your name at top right and select Manage Account.
2. In the left side-bar under Activity, select a tab: Posts, Scheduled & Draft Posts, Sign Ups, RSVPs, Volunteer Hours, Payments, etc.
   
   

On Mobile App 

All activity tracking features are available on the mobile app:

1. Tap More in the bottom right. 
2. Under Participate, view all Activity. 

3. Tap one of the following: Groups, Sign-Ups & RSVPs, Forms & Permissions, Payments & Invoices, Polls, Volunteer Hours.

Activity Types

The following outlines all activity types that a user may see. Your account may not show all of the following as only features that you have used will show. 

Posts

• Posts will be available to those who have authored one or more post.
• View all posts you've created and published to the school community. Each post shows the publication date, audience, and delivery statistics to help you track the reach of your communications. 
  
  
   

Archived Posts

• Archived Post will be available to those whose authored one or more posts that have archived.
• Access older posts that have been archived by the school or district. Archived posts are typically moved at the end of the school year or when storage management is needed.
• Archived posts maintain their original content and attachments but are separated from active communications to keep current content easily accessible.
  
  
   

Scheduled and Draft Posts

• Schedule and Draft Posts will be available to those who have one or more scheduled or drafted posts.
• Manage posts that are scheduled for future publication or saved as drafts. You can edit, reschedule, or publish draft content directly from this section.
  1. Click Scheduled & Draft Posts and select Posts for posts created with the standard post editor or Studio Posts to see posts created with the Studio Editor.
     
     
      

Sign Ups

• Sign Ups will be available to those who have completed one or more Sign Ups.
• View your sign-up history to see when you volunteered, what activities you participated in, and any upcoming commitments.
  
  
   

RSVPs

• RSVPs will be available to those who have responded to one or more RSVPs.
• Your RSVP history shows your response (attending, not attending, maybe) and helps you track upcoming events you've committed to attend.
  
  
   

Forms

• Forms will be available to those who have completed one or more forms.
• Your form history maintains a record of all digital signatures and submissions, providing a convenient way to reference completed paperwork.
  
  
   

Groups

• Groups will be available to those who are in one or more groups.
• Group activity shows your participation level and helps you stay connected with relevant school communities.
  
  
   

Volunteer Hours

• Volunteer Hours will be available to parents at districts or schools where Volunteer Hours are enabled.
• View Your Total Volunteer Hours
  1. From My Account, click Volunteer Hours in the left side-bar.
  2. View your total number of volunteer hours by month.
     
     
     
     Note: Hours are shown for the current school year. New volunteer hours start July 1st; any hours logged before July are recorded with the previous year. During July through September, you can view both current and previous year hours.
• Report Volunteer Hours
  • Web Browser:
    1. From My Account, click Volunteer Hours in the left side-bar and select Report Volunteer Hours.
    2. Select the Month and Activity performed.
       
       
        
    3. Optional: Enter any additional details.
    4. Enter your hours/minutes and click Save.
       
       
        
  • Mobile App Method:
    1. From Home, tap More at the bottom.
    2. Tap Volunteer Hours.
    3. Tap the "+" sign in the top right.
    4. Select the Month, Activity, and Duration.
    5. Optional: Add additional details.
    6. Tap Save to record your hours.
       
       
        

Payments

• Payments will be available to those who have completed one or more payments.
• View your complete payment history for school-related expenses.
• Payment history includes transaction dates, amounts, and payment methods for easy expense tracking and tax documentation.
