Send a Form

How to attach a saved form from the ParentSquare Forms Repository to a post and send it to parents, teachers, or groups — then follow up with reminder notifications to users who have not yet completed it. Posting a form surfaces it in recipients' feeds, emails, and app notifications, and the Forms Report tracks completion in real time. Reminders are a one-click follow-up for outstanding users, helping increase response rates without re-sending the entire post.

Who can use this?
Admin, Teachers, Group Owners, Room Parents, and anybody with permission to post at Districts and Schools.
